Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition:

  • The paint pots must be unopened and sealed.

  • The canvas must be free of any damage, marks, or wrinkles beyond those from shipping.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at artisticion@outlook.com with photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used paint pots (for health and safety reasons).

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at artisticion@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will guide you through the process. For most cases, we do not require you to ship the item back to us due to high international shipping costs. Instead, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Important Exception: Non-returnable Items

  • Opened paint pots. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on kits with opened or used paints.

  • Sale items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items.

For Our European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Your item must be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened paints, in original packaging) with proof of purchase.

To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision clearly (e.g., by email to artisticion@outlook.com).

Return Shipping for EU Customers
If you choose to return under this right, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be borne by us.

Refunds for EU Returns
We will process your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
